We can make a difference!
World Pride Interfaith worship service. Myself and about 10 others clergy, advocates, and lay leaders have been planning this for well over 6 months. I'm SO excited for tonight.

𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 provides LGBTQ interfaith information and referral as a program of the DC Center for the LGBTQ Community. The planners are a coalition of local clergy and lay leaders. We are an all volunteer group that annually organizes an annual Pride Interfaith Service.
𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The Capital Pride Interfaith Service is an “community service” respectfully demonstrating the breadth, depth, and sincerity of our faith, exposing the lie that anti-gay fundamentalists have a monopoly on faith and religion. We take pride that our community expresses its religious faiths in a myriad of ways, each sacred and revered with years of tradition.
We create liturgical elements authentic to various faiths and create ample opportunities to participate together in a shared experience. This event is coordinated with input from across the community annually by Center Faith. World Pride 2025 in Washington, DC marks our 42th Anniversary of the annual Pride interfaith service!
It has been my honor to serve on the planning team and participate in the DC LGBTQ+ community center’s CenterFaith Interfaith annual worship service for Pride month.
I have been serving this organization as part of my community ministry since 2022.
My primary areas of service are (1) Occupational Wellness as a Job Club facilitator and (2) Spiritual Wellness as a leader in interfaith programming.
