In 2020, I created Sunstone Chapel as a branch within my small private practice as a clinical sociologist to primarily offer HR consulting, speaking, and training . Specifically strategic human resources, organization development, and leadership development for social justice organizations and liberal faith-based communities from an inclusive, interfaith perspective.

It has been a joy to serve as a guest speaker within congregations and provide sabbatical and ministerial coverage, serve as a panel member, fire-side chat moderator and presenter at countless events.

I serve by helping individuals and organizations thrive. Through speaking, teaching, spiritual leadership residencies, and inclusive leadership development consulting, I can support your faith community or social justice organization in applying strategies to adapt and thrive.

Additionally, I enjoy helping organizations fulfill compliance requirements for sexual harassment training, advise boards, facilitate career and employment workshops, contribute to the discourse on social issues, and teaching within higher education.

I especially enjoy working future oriented perpetual learners, who are open-minded, and excited about innovative solutions and new ways of being.

Virtually connect during our spiritual nourishment dinners.

Let's cultivate community and belonging through intentional reflection, together. Our virtual dinner chapels are informal and open to all seeking space for deep connection with others. Topics center on how to faithfully flourish through self-care, leadership development, and congregational health (faith-based organizational development). Come as you are. Depart feeling nourished, supported, and with ‘food for thought and spirit’ so that you can live your values out loud and do your part to make the world a better place.

A Sunstone Chapel in Residence is a 4-week opportunity for your UU community during a ministerial leave of absence that can cover four or more Sundays in a row. Ideal for Lay-led congregations as well. You can choose to include adult faith formation classes, too!
