Think Divorce, Quitting a job, Ending a relationship, or being “Stuck” is a failure? No!
The failure is staying longer than you should have.🔥
"The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing." - Henry Ford
"Failure is not the opposite of success, it's part of success." - Arianna Huffington
Fail your way to JOY.
Fail your way to PEACE.
Love yourself to pieces! 🥰
YOU are the leader of your life. So, lead.
YOU are the author of your story. So, write.
When you open yourself up to learning, even in difficult situations – you still win.
🐦🔥When you fail and rise again, you move closer to success. It’s a part of the journey.
Don’t be a passive bystander to your life. Don’t let perceived “failures” keep you down. Let 2026 be a year of resilience.
Every single one of us gets knocked down, that’s a given.
And what separates passive bystanders from those who love themselves – is that they recover more quickly.
Instead of pouring energy into self-depreciation, guilt, and embarrassment – they pour this same energy into positivity, inspiration, and self-love.
YOU decide how you will respond to life’s disappointments.
YOU decide if you will suffer versus thrive.
The mindset you choose to lean into will determine the life you live.
BELIEVE that you are worthy, capable, and beloved so that you can BELIEVE with your mind, body, and spirit in your divine right to thrive.
May it be so. Amen. Ashe.

🪻As a clinical sociologist and educator, I am excited about opportunities to teach in classrooms or speak at events! When I'm not teaching and speaking, I enjoy facilitating organizational effectiveness and learning culture.
It has been a joy to serve as keynote speaker or panel member at countless events. I have a combined 9+ years of adjunct instruction, teaching over twenty different courses at four institutions. I am always looking for opportunities to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in-person, virtually, or hybrid.
If you’d like to invite me to (1) speak, preach, or teach, (2) help your group overcome organizational challenges, or (3) retain your people or engage your members - reach out to me through LinkedIn. I’d love to connect. 💞.
