✨✨SHINE ✨✨
What’s meant for you, will find you.
BUT if YOU don’t recognize it when it arrives, you’ll never reap the benefits.
The best way to recognize what is meant for you - is to prioritize loving yourself; which means putting yourself first.
Loving yourself and putting yourself first does not mean you are heartless or that you don’t care for anyone but yourself. On the contrary, it means your capacity for care increases because you’re doing so from a full cup rather than an empty one.
From a sociological perspective, I keep this top of mind when leading and supporting leaders in academia and the nonprofit sectors. Why? Because I observed that in many cases, when we do not recognize what’s meant for us when it arrives – it is because we don’t think we deserve it!
When we love ourselves, we know deep down we deserve it ALL and we are worthy.
Yes - you are worthy of love, peace, joy, health, and yes - money. 💖
What if you fear or repel the great opportunities meant for you because you’re more comfortable in mediocrity than acknowledging the light within?
The Creator, created you for a reason. What is your reason?
If you know what you need, why do you keep forsaking it for what you want?
Get uncomfortable.
Stop being afraid of your own light.
✨✨SHINE ✨✨
There are seeds that have been planted and need your shine to grow.
There are students, social causes, and initiatives who will benefit from your shine, but you’re too comfortable to step up.
There are prayers in which you are the answer to, but you’re afraid to lean in.
Why are you so afraid to embrace just how important you are to the wider world?
Each of us has a role to play.
Some roles are big, others small, and ALL are equally important.

I’m also available to facilitate my unique 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. I believe that the best leaders are proactive in preventing sexual harassment. My training satisfies compliance requirements in all states, mitigates risk, and nurtures a healthier workplace. My curriculum includes examples and guidance that lifts the wide spectrum of diversity into its scenarios and best practices.
This includes but isn’t limited to gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, ethnicity, lifestyle, and those living with disabilities. Representation matters. Live, inclusive sexual harassment prevention training can be more meaningful and effective than generic, click-button, self-paced online experiences. This is offered live in person or virtually.
