Keynote at the McLean Rotary club

Honored to give the Keynote at the McLean Rotary club yesterday. I presented:“𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀”. The McLean Rotary Club is a service-oriented organization focused on community improvement and fostering fellowship.

I appreciated learning about their 4-Way Test, which is a moral code they say aloud at the end of each event:

✔️ Is it the TRUTH?

✔️ Is it FAIR to all concerned?

✔️ Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

✔️ Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

I wonder how much more loving and compassionate our world would be if we each leaned into these ethical ideals every day.

The McLean Rotary club is making a difference when it comes to supporting local schools and nonprofit organizations to help those in need. Their next fundraiser is a family friendly “Chocolate Festival” on Sunday March 15th from 11am-5pm.
