I spent a wonderful Saturday morning at Mount Vernon Unitarian Church welcoming new and interested members. I taught a UU class I created called “Co-creating Our Beloved Community”.
Afterwards we heard from the leaders of some of the committees such as membership and stewardship, as well as a board representative. All shared about the MVUC community and ways to get involved. A great way to start the day!
While there, Bonnie Brandt gifted me with a homemade-handmade basket. It’s is lovely!
