This creates a positive, optimistic energy and might spark creative ideas despite the circumstance.




(๐Ÿฎ)ย ๐— ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—น ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ฒ:ย Model what it means to have a grateful mindset. Keep in mind that praising a team member who performed well is a basic standard. If youโ€™re a basic leader, you can stop here. But if you prefer to step up your inclusive leadership skills, take it a step further by naming your gratitude for them as a person, not just praise for the results of their labor.ย 



In addition to praising them for a job well done, express your gratitude to them for being on your team. Ex: โ€œWhen we hired you/When I met you, โ€œABCโ€ and now, Iโ€™ve had time to really experience just how grateful I am that youโ€™re on our team. Itโ€™s not just about your results, but I appreciate how you get them. You bring a unique โ€œXZYโ€ and I appreciate it.โ€
